Being based out of Tennessee offers us unique opportunities to craft extraordinary coffee profiles. Recently, we had the pleasure of collaborating with Arrington Vineyards, known for their exceptional wines aged in former Tennessee whiskey barrels.
We were fortunate to acquire a freshly emptied barrel, which we brought back to Spring Street. That day, we also sourced a remarkable single-origin coffee from Honduras, and it was the perfect match for barrel aging.
We are extremely proud to present this limited-release coffee, a full-bodied medium roast with complex layers of flavor. You'll experience delightful aromas of cherry cola and tobacco that transition into tasting notes of cherry cola, wild blackberries, and a subtle hint of Tennessee whiskey.
